Plain-language terms for learning with Cedarlane Tutoring. Last updated September 2026.

1. Plans and billing

All plans bill month to month. You can pause for holidays, switch plans, or cancel at any time — the personal learning plan stays yours either way.

2. Sessions

Sessions run in-center or live online as booked. Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; missed sessions without notice can’t be refunded but one make-up per month is always offered.

3. Free intro session

The 45-minute intro session is free with no card required and no obligation. The assessment and learning plan from that session are yours to keep.
